Aperitivo Spritz - Zero Sugar - DIY ~ BYO Spirits Keg Kit

Refreshing, slightly bitter, and subtly sweet taste. It features the bright citrus and herbal notes of Aperitivo that is very similar to Aperol.

Flavours of deep blood orange, gentian and rhubarbs. This spritz is balanced by the crispness of sparkling wine (Prosecco) and soda water, adding a bubbly, effervescent quality.

Overall, it provides a light, invigorating, and slightly bitter-sweet flavour profile that's both aromatic and refreshing.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshing Aperitivo Spritz at home with ease. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

This RTK is formulated to a strong cocktail strength
Aperitivo Spritz: 8.7% ABV

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less neutral alcohol.

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
