Artisanale Fresh Wort Kit - Belgian QuadÂ
This Belgian Fresh Wort Kit is perfect for making some of the classic Belgian Trappist-style Beers.Â
By adding 4 litres of water you can make a Belgian Dubbel with a starting gravity of 1.073 and IBU 18 or add no water for a Belgian QUAD in the Westveletern or Chimay Blue style.
There is a huge range of yeasts that can be used with this Wort Kit.
If using dried yeast we would recommend using LalBrew Premium Series - Abbaye Yeast. If using liquid yeast, please make sure you get your pitching rates right! We recommend using WLP550 Belgian Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation
