The Story
A light coloured and smooth flavoured ultra light malt extract. This unhopped malt extract is a good flexible base for formulating a range of light coloured recipes such as light lagers, pilsners and pale ales.
The malt is mashed and boiled using 100% NZ lager malt, then the finished wort is gently evaporated to make this concentrated wort. Maltose syrup is added so it is ideal to make clean, crisp pale ales, lagers and pilsners.
Please note: This malt extract does not include any yeast.
