New England is an amazing strain for Juicy and Fruity, East Coast IPAs.Â
The ester profile of New England brings out the aromas and flavours of the modern hop varieties and creates a beer that is greater than the sum of its parts.Â
This dynamic strain will undergo vigorous fermentation and will climb out of the fermenter if too full. It is suggested to use a blow off tube to if your fermenter is too full.
