Most Pizza ovens on the market are either Gas or Wood Fired. Although these can reach much higher temperatures, there is always heat coming from a specific zone. This means you are forced to rotate and "guess" if the pizza is cooked on the opposing side where you can't see.Â
The beauty of electric is that the heat is coming from both the bottom and the top in a much wider area. Meaning once you open, launch and close the door in quick succession your heat loss with be so minimal you will not need to rotate.Â
