A spicy, flavoursome alcoholic ginger beer with some sweetness.

If you prefer a dry ginger beer, omit the lactose



*Includes:

□ 2 x 1kg Dextrose Mono-hydrate –(Powder);

â–¡ 1 x 500g Lactose; and

â–¡ 1 x Lalvin - EC-1118 Yeast X 5G - Wine / Sparkling / Champagne / Cider Yeast

Additional items required:
1kg fresh ginger, 3 lemons, 2 sticks cinnamon, 10 cloves (not garlic, the spice)
Dry Yeast Substitutions:
Safcider
Liquid Yeast Upgrade:
WLP715 Champagne Yeast

Please note: Hop sock isn't included in this kit (some people already have them or prefer to use a kitchen sieve to strain the grains and hops) but can easily be purchased in the same order by adding this part to your cart.
