1 x KL40150 CellarScience - HAZY New England Ale Yeast x 12g
1x KL35736 FRESH3 - Gluten Free - Pale Ale Base Kit (Fresh Wort Kit)
1 x KL36023 Galaxy - (25g Pellet Hop)
1 x KL36115 Eclipse - (25g Pellet Hop)
The best temperature to ferment this wort is around 18-22°C with Premium CellarScience yeast. You will notice a bursting bouquet of tropical flavours as it ferments.
If you do ferment a little warmer, fruitier notes will come out. But be careful not to ferment too high to get esters appear.
