This Recipe Kit Includes:
1 x KL35095 Fresh3 Unhopped All Grain Base
2 x KL12782 5g - Lalvin EC-1118 Yeast Sachets
Theres not a formal recipe for this type. It ultimately comes down to how much you want to ferment, at what temperatures and what your ideal strength is at the end.
You could very well ferment it undiluted, but for best results and a less harsh tasting distillate in the end run. We would dilute to around 1.060 (5L Added Water).
Because this is 100% All Grain Based, you do not need to worry about DAP (diammonium phosphate) or yeast nutrients at this dilution level.
The EC-1118 at warmer temperatures will add some much needed esters and character to the Whisky.
This recipe will not delve into distillation. It is merely an ingredient for you to play with and come up with a smashing whisky. Why not try adding some peated malt to it? Or perhaps oak.

But in this case, you'll be drinking that achievement in a week or two and sharing it with your friends or family. We'd take that overpaying tens if not hundreds more for pre-made stuff.
