Lemon is a very tricky beast to master! Go too zesty and it ends up like toilet cleaner, go too juicy and it's so sour your teeth will fall out! Introducing the long awaited Hard KOKETSU Lemon. An all naturally concentrated lemon derived from real lemons.
Through the process of freeze dry evaporative technology we have been able to lock in the freshness of a ripe lemon and been able to transform it harmoniously with neutral spirit to bring you this absolute staple of a seltzer on tap.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshingly Zero Sugar Alcoholic Peach Spritzer at home with ease. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less neutral alcohol.

Please note: These recipes have been formulated around the full quantities listed, adjusting sweetness levels may have a negative affect on flavour profile.
