Let this perfectly hued cocktail transport you to sunnier climes, tropical times and endless summers. Ok, that might be asking a lot of a simple drink, but the Paloma Spritz packs bubble enough punch to get through another dinner with the inlaws. Softly bitter, just like your mother in law!Â
It's cheaper than therapy and safer than Mexico, the Impressence Paloma Spritz is the right colour and the right flavour combo of tequila, lime and grapefruit. Why two satchets you ask? Because we wanted to stuff in as much good stuff and that sometimes means more!
Made possible with VINKA & Impressence Flavour Shots, this Paloma Spritz is a bubbly delight on a scorcher of a day. Add extra lime to the glass / spicy chilli salt to the rim if you're feeling devlish.
Key Features:
- Hint of Agave Tequila fruitiness. Without heavy amounts of smokey oak. Not a blanco tequila, but somewhere in the middle where there is hints of barrel aging but not over the top.
- Fresh Lime. Lime is one of the hardest flavours to keep fresh and zingy. But we think this particular lime blend is on point for bursting citrus tang without that toilet cleaner vibe.
- Juicy Ruby Red Grapefruit. Balanced bitterness with juicy fresh zest vibes. To get this level of delciousness, you need the real deal! That's why we've jammed it full of it.
- Versatile Mixer: Perfect for seltzers, cocktails, mocktails, flavoured beers or soft drinks effortlessly. Your creativity is the only limit.
Ensure to use a sugar or artificial sugar to really taste the optimum taste/aroma of these flavour shots.
- Convenient Size: When used for a seltzer recipe. We recommend using 2 sachets per 9.5L Corny keg and 4 satchets per 19L Corny Keg.
If unsure with your chosen beverage, mix in one pack at a time. (Your can always add more, but you can't take it out once it's in!)
How to use:Â

These kits utilise alcohol from VINKA so you don't have to ferment anything yourself. Depending on your Keg Size you'll use a number of Flavour Shot Sachets and FermStop Sachets and white sugar from your pantry.
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time. For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.
