The Impressence Flavour Team has been hard at work trying to perfect CC & Dry.
Thank you to all of the feedback on our previous version. Feedback being, it's too ginger-ale-like. It needs to be softer and brighter.
Introducing exactly that! Lighter on the Dry Ginger Ale and smoother on the Rye Whiskey. This is as close as I think you'll be able to get to the classic RTD CC&Dry.
Key Features:
Made with Impressence Rye Whiskey blends paying homage to Canadian Club Whiskey.
A less spicy blend of Dry Ginger Ale for a refreshing more balanced taste.
Not overly sweet, offering a refreshing alternative to traditional whisky mixers.
How to use:
KegLand Ready to Keg Kit
These kits utilise alcohol from VINKA so you don't have to ferment anything yourself. Depending on your Keg Size you'll use a number of Flavour Shot Sachets and FermStop Sachets and white sugar from your pantry.
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time. For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.
