Our recommended method is to pair the Impressence Strawberry Schnapps Spirit Flavouring with Impressence Schnapps Base, to provide the perfect sweetness and thickness.Ā Alternatively you can add your own sugar. See the instructions below for more details.
Recommended Method:
- Add entire 50mL contents of Impressence - Strawberry Schnapps Spirit Flavouring sachet to 600mL of 40% ABV Alcohol
- Add entire contents of KL46817 - Impressence Schnapps Base - 210 ml sachet.
- Top up to 1.25L with water
Alternative Method:
- Add entire 50mL contents of Impressence - Strawberry Schnapps Spirit Flavouring sachet to 600mL of 40% ABV Alcohol
- Dissolve 180g of sugar in the flavoured spirit. It may take a little longer for the sugar to dissolve. This is normal, it will be worth it when you serve up shaken on ice in an espresso martini.
- Top up to 1.25L with water
This will give you a final product of 20% ABV with 15% Sugar.
For best results we recommend using neutral, high quality alcohol.
