The PolyPhoenix modular distillation range are primarily made out of a material called PPSU.
This material is 100% safe with hot alcohol vapour that will not leech any chemicals into your product.

When paired with the PolyPhoenix Air Still, you're now eliminating the need for a water supply! There is of course but one consideration to going to an airstill on a larger boiler. That is that it is going to take a fairly long time to distill very large batches.
With that being said, it's still not that very power hungry when being run at such a low wattage.
