Derived naturally from real cherries (very maraschino like). This concentrate is very Red Starburst flavour. For the other folk at home who don't know what flavour that is? Some KegLandians here think it tastes like Cherry Cough medicine..YUM says this editor.
We had to use more than we thought with this particular flavouring. This author tried it in a semi-aged Brettanomyces Lambic Like Flanders Ale. Because there was heaps going on, the Cherry didn't come through in the 19L keg until about 20mL. Awesome in seltzers, sour beers and as a flavouring for Vodka (marashino cherry like). This concentrate is also quite thick, so please mix / agitate thoroughly.
50g packed into a Mylar Pouch which has excellent UV resistant properties. These pouches ensure longevity of the punchy aroma and flavour with an aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.
We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
