Derived naturally from real passionfruit. This concentrate is very potent and gives a big sweet, fresh passionfruit hit. Ideal for Passionfruit Seltzers and the classic and popular Passionfruit Sours.
You really do not need to add too much. Tested in a 19L Corny Keg of Berlinner Weisse base made with Philly Sour Lallemand Yeast. Only 10mL of Passionfruit flavouring was needed however it is best to dose first into a glass of known volume to taste and scale up to your keg volume.
50g packed into a Mylar Pouch which has excellent UV resistant properties. These pouches ensure longevity of the punchy aroma and flavour with an aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.
We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
