Derived naturally from the Maillard reaction of sugar turned into Toffee / Caramel. It smells and tastes like someone boiled down Werthers Original Toffee Chews.

This was tested when making a combination blend Toffee Apple Cider. Both flavourings blended in an Apple Juice Concentrate Cheat Cider at a 50-50 mix. 10mL Toffee to 10mL Apple with a smidge of citric acid to push it to a sour green apple flavour in a 19L Keg was enough to not overpower.
100mL in a 120mL Amber UV Resistant Vial with aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.
We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
