Mermaid Superfine Pure Pickling Salt (Canning Salt) - 1kg

Sodium chloride is ideal to be added to gose' or for adjusting Sodium and Chloride levels in your mash water without adding more calcium.

This Superfine Salt is a pure, dried and naturally evaporated sea salt which does not contain any anti-caking agents or additives making it ideal for use in homebrew, brine preparation, pickling or preserving.

It has an average particle size of approximately 0.3mm making it highly soluble. It will readily dissolve making it suitable for use during the mash or in brine preparation.

Suitable for use in tomato sauce, salami, sausages and ham products.

Note: Keep pickling salt in an airtight container away from moisture to prevent clumping.
