TeleTank 500L - Jacketed Pressurisable Fermenter/Uni-Tank (150degree)

The TeleTank is a new design of tank used to store, transport, blend, mix, carbonate and dispense a wide range of food products.  Can be used as a fermenter or bright beer tank.

IBC Footprint
As they are designed on the standard IBC footprint they fit into shipping containers, trucks and also have tine pockets that suit all standard forklifts.  The are the standard 1meter x 1.2meter footprint and the various different models stack onto each other.

Transportable
They are designed with a strong enough frame that the tanks can be transported full of liquid making them an ideal re-usable container for any type of food production.

Pressurisable
The shell of the tank is pressure rated to 2 bar working pressure meaning the tanks are suitable for carbonating beverages, pressurising the tank to push the liquid to another vessel without the need for a pump and also suitable for highly oxygen sensitive products where maintaining positive pressure in the tank is preferable.

Polyurethane Insulated and Dimple Jacketed
As the tanks are both highly insulated and dimple jacketed they are well suited to efficiently storing either hot or cold liquids without significant heat loss or heat ingress.  The glycol dimple jacket has 3/4" threads that can easily attach to many plumbing fittings or reduced slightly if you want to use our dry break glycol JoinTech fittings.

Heating Available
If you need to heat the tanks they also have been equipped with a 2" TC port that is able to attach one of our Warming Wizard Wands in either 125watt, 500watt or if  you need a lot of yeast you can even go up to our much more powerful KL18166 3600 Watt Element.

Mixer Available
If you want to use a mixer either so you can purchase this separately and it can be installed via the 4" TC port on the dome of the vessel.  This can be useful if you use the tank for propagation, mixing or reacting certain reagents.  The mixer also is sold with VFD drive so you can digitally set the RPM of the mixing impeller.

Stackable
Both the 90degree and 150degree tanks are stable on each other meaning you have maximum flexibility and are able to configure your manufacturing operation to be as efficient as possible saving space, time and money.  All tanks interlock with each other and can also be used to lock sideways to each other and also lock onto the wall with our wall mounting system.
