Barrett Burston Malts are a high quality Australian grown malt. When used at low percentages, this wheat malt is great for increasing body, mouth feel and head retention. It can also be used as a base malt and imparts clean wheaty flavours and can be used for classic wheat beer styles such as Hefeweizen, Gose, Belgian and American wheat beers.
