The Story

This yeast produces a high intensity of the traditional Brettanomyces characters — horsey, smoky and spicy flavours — in beer. As the name suggests, this strain is found most often in lambic style beers but is also commonly found in Flanders and sour brown ales.

We highly recommend a Dry Ice Pack or two for your yeasts voyage OR for a short stay in our pick up lockers in the warmer months of the year.
