The Black Rock Classic IPA is brewed with Ale and Lager malts with Caramalt and roasted specialty malts for a rich golden colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added during the boil to provide a moderate-strong bitterness.
For even better results, combine with a can of KL35453 - Â Black Rock Unhopped Light Malt Extract (1.7kg), substitute the yeast out for a sachet of KL12751 - LalBrew Premium Series - BRY-97 Yeast (American West Coast Ale) and add 50-220g of your favourite aromatic hop variety.
Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and detailed brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin.Â
