Bundaberg Golden Syrup (Food Grade) - 14kg Cube
This Food Grade Golden Syrup is ideal for making golden rums which are lighter in colour and have more caramel and honey-like flavours when compared to rum made from molasses.
This can be mixed with water and a turboyeast or distillers yeast such as EC-1118 to make high quality rum with ease.
It can also be added to stouts or porters at the start of fermentation to increase the alcohol content and add a sweet caramel and honey flavour to your finished beer.
