Like a Granny Smith had a baby with the Apple from a Toffee Apple/Red Skins lollies. Not as intensely sour as a lemon, just the right amount of sourness to compliment a green apple.

Following the great traditions of Japanese legendary brands Suntory Strong Zero-196° & Kirin HYOKETSU. KegLand set on a path to make their own japanese inspired seltzer kits called FUKUSODA. Which directly translates to "Double Soda".

These FUKUSODA Kits are completely Sugar Free / Zero Sugar <0.5g of Sugar per serving.
They are also 100% Gluten Free.

Through the process of freeze dry evaporative technology we have been able to lock in the freshness of a clean crisp green apple and have been able to transform it harmoniously with VINKA to bring you this sour green monster of a seltzer on tap.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshingly Zero Sugar Alcoholic Sour Apple Spritzer at home with ease. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

This kit can be made in two alcohol strengths.
Hard FUKUSODA Sour Apple - Zero Sugar: 5.9% ABV
STRONG FUKUSODA Sour Apple - Zero Sugar: 8.8% ABV

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
