Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshing Bombay style Gin and Light Tonic at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence Bombay gin and Light Tonic Ready to Keg Kit. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

This Gin and Tonic is light on sugar, but not light on flavour. It combines aromatic citrus and juniper notes of Bombay Gin with delicate floral flavours of Mediterranean style tonic for the perfect Gin and Tonic. 

This kit can be made in two alcohol strengths.
Spice Roads Dry Gin and Diet Tonic: 6.5% ABV
Overproof Spice Roads Dry Gin and Diet Tonic: 9.4% ABV

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
